The article ‘Transnational gentrification, tourism and the formation of ‘foreign only’ enclaves in Barcelona’ contributes to the study of tourism as an agent of urban change. We argue that beyond the Airbnb phenomenon, it is necessary to explore the impacts of tourist mobilities as a whole.
